We recently closed our oversubscribed seed round, backed by senior tech leaders from Netflix and Google, leading sleep experts, and digital health VCs. Clinics are onboarding quickly, and we’re hiring founding engineers to help scale from 3,000 to 30,000 patients in the months ahead.

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-facing founding engineers - hands-on builders with strong product sense who thrive on solving real-world operational problems through AI, automation, and rapid iteration.

In this role, you’ll improve and expand our conversational AI platform, which powers 24/7 patient support, adherence coaching, and resupply for sleep clinics. You’ll be directly talking with our customers to understand their workflows and ship what they need most.

In this role, you will:

• Design and deploy end-to-end workflows using LLMs, APIs, and automation tools
• Customize patient support flows based on clinical and technical requirements
• Identify manual processes (clinical and sub-clinical) and turn them into scalable systems
• Evaluate platform behavior with LLM evals and patient feedback loops
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to deliver measurable outcomes like improved patient adherence, lower support load, and streamlined clinic ops
