About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Engineer to lead development of our web-based tools for patients, providers, and internal teams. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at early-stage startups and loves building intuitive, fast, and scalable apps using React.

You’ll own everything from building UI components to architecting frontend systems that scale with our patient population (growing from 3,000 to 30,000 in the coming months). Your work will directly shape how patients manage care, how clinics operate, and how our internal team moves fast.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain React apps for patients, clinicians, and operations teams
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design to define features and ship weekly
• Translate v0 vibe-coded versions into functional and responsive interfaces
• Set up internal tooling and dashboards to support operations and data visibility
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability
• Help shape our frontend system design, testing practices, and component libraries
