1. Who can refer talent to Neru?

Anyone! Friends, colleagues, community members - you're all welcome.

The only restriction: recruitment agencies are not eligible. If we find that a referral is tied to an agency, we unfortunately can't issue the reward.

2. What counts as a successful referral?

We consider it successful when:

• Your referral is hired within 6 months of your introduction
• They join Neru as a full-time employee
• They successfully pass their probation period
